When building out our model, we worked backwards from what our customer's procurement and problem solving process typically entails. In that process, we identified that most team's work happens in seasons and as a result we aim to do what is required to help our partners hit financial and bandwidth goals; at short term expense, fully aware that once projects are in place we can enjoy the latter half of the typical work hard, play hard mentality.
